Chris Brown decided to come out of hiding and make music again, how lovely. His new track I Can Transform Ya is not bad. The video is really cool but then again, the track is produced by Swizz Beatz and therefore after hearing the song once you never want to hear it again unless you want that whistle stuck in your ear.
